Every time I had app with Dr Klucka he was very caring and he helped me a lot. He kept me from passing, I had problems with my pancreas and Dr Klucka has helped me get through each time. I feel Dr is the best in his field. I recommend Dr Klucka to anyone., I give doc a high 10.
Dr. Klucka has always been a wonderful physician, however, his office staff is atrocious. They are blatantly rude and disrespectful. I hate to say this -- but it is not worth jumping through all of the hoops to get to Dr. Klucka. I would genuinely be fearful that his staff would not take care of scheduling, questions, testing and results due to their sheer lackadaisical behavior.
Wasted 10yrs of my life,lost my teeth all because of this fine dr. & his choice to refuse to pull my gallbladder. Gotta love Illinois.
He might be a good doctor, but his office staff is rude and incompetent.
I wouldn't highly recommend this very thorough doctor. He is professional and has good bedside manner, as well. His staff is kind, and his assistants are also very knowledgeable and courteous, as well as professional.
Dr. Klucka used to be a great doctor. He has helped treat me since I was seven. I finally reviewed an official diagnosis at age 20. After having a ramapant issues with no resolve he started me on a huge dose of steroids and then kept canceling my appointments. After suffering though my condition for so long then having to suffer through this treatment when there was a much safer treatment avaible I was no longer willing to be pushed to the back of the line. Unacceptable.
No one ever returned/answered phone calls! They claimed if they were very busy? Do we had no choice but made a visit as to learn the test results after almost 3 months! No patients around 2:30pm but they Claimed that they were too busy to respond to the calls??
My husband was supposed to have his colonoscopy tomorrow, we have not heard from the doctor or the hospital so I called to confirm the appointment only to be told we have to reschedule. This is the 6th reschedule in a year. I will have to find a doctor willing to do the procedure and not reschedule. What is more aggravating I had to call the doctor before we were told this. I guess we would have been more upset had we put him through hell today for his appointment tomorrow.
