We worked with Mark and his wonderful team (Brittany, Jonathan and others) to prepare my father's grey stone two-flat for sale. Mark advised us on repairs for almost a year as well as providing excellent referrals for contractors. He was transparent and communicated well through the entire process. Also on a personal note, Mark was so supportive and kind as selling my father's property was a big project and somewhat emotional for all of us. Is it okay to have a crush on your realtor? (asking for a friend)
