I am a very anxious patient. When I needed my teeth cleaned he refused to give me noacaine. He agreed when I insisted, however, he jabbed the needle into my gums. I was hysterical and when I complained about the pain he said ok and refused to continue. This is after I already submitted to the novacaine and I was pre medicaded (antibiotics) for the visit. He didn't try to put me at ease nor did he come out of his office to talk to me. He is by far the worst dentist I have ever seen.
My husband had a procedure done in Dr. Kelman's office and it was a nightmare. The Doctor didn't wait for the anesthetic to kick in before beginning the procedure so my husband was in extreme pain. Also, he didn't have an assistant or a place to spit into, so my husband was responsible for suctioning his own mouth and holding all tools for the Doctor. Upon leaving he was given no extra gauze or anything. Needless to say we will not be using that Doctor again.
