We love Dr.Keller! We have had a few different pediatricians with the changes with Optum but settled with this wonderful human! My oldest is a high medical anxiety toddler from a long NICU experience, and he is just so good with the kids. He listens to your concerns and is so open and genuine. Hiiiiiiighly recommend just going with him in the first place!
We have been seeing Dr. Keller since our daughter was born, he is very compassionate and thorough. We are so glad that he is in Stanwood!
My 9 year old son sees Dr. Keller. He's great with the kids, talks to them on their level and is invested in getting to know your child and who they are. He's also funny and has a good sense of humor. Dr. Keller as a clinician is very nice, loves to educate patients and helps parents make informed choices. I feel that he remembers you as an individual at our annual appointments. He treated all our concerns thoroughly and overall is in the medical field because he loves it.
Dr Mark Keller is very awkward to interact with. He spent less than 5 minutes with my child, barely addressing a specific concern. He did not perform any basic medical service, like listening to his heart and lungs....If you want comprehensive care, I'd recommend a different physician.
We went to the walk in for a rash and instead got to see a pediatrician which was so wonderful! The front desk lady was super helpful and patient focused. Dr.Keller was honest and even went to check with another physician to ensure he didn’t miss anything, he was very friendly and the office was very clean!! We had a great experience at Optum and will be establishing care with Dr.Keller!
