After putting a roof on for us a number of years ago, a leak has developed, and we simply cannot get them on the phone go come out and determine what the issue is and fix it (whether under warranty or not). Now we're faced with using another roofer which will certainly void our warranty. They've failed to return any of over 20 calls and at least 5 e-mails.
