I went in for a routine eye exam… The girls at the front were super sweet, and informative. I was taken back right away for my appointment. A technician did my imaging on new and updated equipment that only took a few minutes, which then was reviewed by the doctor. Dr Multani was professional, well spoken and knowledgeable. He personally went over my images with me and performed his own exam. I was very impressed with my whole visit and would definitely recommend them.
Easily the most thorough eye examination I’ve ever had. Booking my appointment was quick and effortless. Dr Multani was caring and insightful. The staff was kind and welcoming… It truly leaves an imprint when you know you are in good hands. *** updated review I emailed them directly, and the doctor responded. Really appreciate the breakdown of my benefits he provided and also a price adjustment. The eye doctor was great, but the lack of cost transparency was disappointing. I was charged $150 for a contact lens evaluation without any prior notice, which I would have appreciated as a new patient. I had the best experience at Hyperoptics! Staff is so kind and welcoming. Doctor Multani is awesome, he took his time to explain everything thoroughly. The office is clean, and they have a great selection of glasses! I highly recommend!
A nice surprise. The office answers the phone, provides specifics about pricing and when I arrived for my eye exam I didn't have to wait at all. Dr. Multani was friendly and took time to explain things and asked if I had any questions. He was quick and efficient, but I didn't feel rushed. I am happy to have found an eye doctor in Hoboken.
