I Had reverse shoulder replacement by Dr. Lederman may 2024 and I am so happy and free of the pain. My range of motion is incredible. My strength and flexibility are amazing. Cannot recommend enough.
It is hard to give a review to something you slept through. The initial visits to discuss the procedure and then having the procedure was all very smooth and the personal follow-up afterwards was first class. I give Dr. Tharalson high marks for his personal attention.

My experience with NP Melissa Noyes was unprofessional and unacceptable. She spoke to me in a condescending tone, made me feel stupid for asking reasonable questions, and even laughed at me for wanting to get my medication from an alternative location. This kind of belittling behavior has no place in healthcare. Patients deserve respect and compassion, not mockery. I would strongly recommend avoiding her at all costs if you value being treated with dignity.
