Thus far, I have found MJP most professional and knowlegable. While plumbing problems are never welcomed, these are really the pros, and when I see them drive up, I know my problem will be fixed right. Love the office staff too, kind, helpful. Head and shoulders above.

I was hoping to be able to add photos to my review .... When we hired Mark Johnson plumbing to put in our water softener we had no idea we were actually going to make dear friends as well! Quin and Nick were not only professional and courteous, they made us feel like family. The difference in my hair and skin is nothing short of amazing!! If you live in North Louisiana I cannot stress enough the importance of maintaining your own personal water quality in your home. Ask for Quin and Nick!!!

On April 5th I called MJP requesting service repair on my kitchen sink and to replace the old faucet with an upgrade, replace the inter workings of toilet, and adjusting the chain length in my master toilet. On April 6th received a called letting me know the time of arrival. Quinn also texted me advising he was in route. He and KC arrived and it was like seeing long lost friends. I called two other local plumbers and they were not able to commit to a specific appointment time. I called Mark Johnson Plumbing and had an appointment setup for early the next week. Dax and Byron showed up on time and did a great job. The price seemed steep, but I am pleased with the quality of work and the experience. Dax was very helpful and asked questions to make sure it was done they way that I wanted.
I had a hot water line bust & it was 6:00 in the evening, I called mark johnson plumbing & Patience answered the phone immediately and was nice & helpful, then Hagen & Dax showed up within 30 mins! They got everything fixed & I was thoroughly impressed with their service and attitudes! It was nasty & flooded under the house but they never complained and got the job done! They came back the next day to do some more repairs & were there on time & we couldn't have asked for any better service all the way around! Patience got us... read more
