If I could give him a zero I would. In actuality if I could give the whole facility a zero I would. None of the staff that I interacted with had any idea what customer service is. That facility is a processing center. They pushed me from one room to the next and from one person to the next with not one staff member introducing themselves. Dr. Jo is wonderful, through and explains well, very honest and straightforward. I like him quite a lot.
Top-notch treatment by Doctor Jo and every single staff member at the office and surgery center. Highly recommend.
