After I fell and fractured a hip, Dr. Jo performed hip replacement surgery on me that was inappropriate for my body, and the replacement failed within a week. He lacked knowledge of my severe osteoporosis and did not make inquiries in order to fully understand my medical history. I left this appointment feeling rushed and dismissed. I came in with an MRI CD and mentioned it early in the visit, but the doctor continued explaining that I should get an MRI and was about to end the appointment with that recommendation. When I mentioned that I had already completed one, he said I should have mentioned it earlier, even though I had. :D (I also mentioned it in the phone call when booking my appointment - so as a new patient clearer instructions on next steps would be great!)
