The doctor was excellent; however, my overall experience with the practice was frustrating. I was often seen by different physician assistants, and each had a different perspective on my condition, which made my care confusing and inconsistent. Additionally, the call center experience was extremely poor. Messages were frequently not relayed to my doctor, and I was often placed on hold for 30 minutes to over an hour without receiving the assistance needed to schedule appointments.
