For the past 6 year I been going to dr.jagus as my primary doctor and every 2 years for my Nhra drag race license and now this year I go for my physical for my license do the ekg and blood work up all is great with results and then says he won’t sign the form as it’s a liability for him to sign off. I told him you been doing this physical for years now why did you make me do the physical if you knew you won’t sign off on it, no answer other than it’s a liability but it’s not I’m in good health as he stated. The management part of this practice is horrible. If not for Dr. Jagust himself, i would find another organization. You can hardly ever get anyone on the phone when you call. 20-30 min. wait on the phone is not unusual and the “press star for a callback” hardly ever works. Then there is the fact that they over book, as my recent visit had 3 people waiting for the same appointment time. They consistently text you to come in 15 min early. For what?
