Be ready to wait for an hour or more. Give them several opportunities and I think the wait got worse. Doctor is always running “late” they should not make appointments if they cannot handle it. He is a good doctor, but not worth the wait.
Had a 2pm appointment as a first time patient. Had to walk out at 3:45 after still not being called in. No respect for other peoples time. No communication. Let me sit there for nearly two hours. Ensured me I was next as i watched 2:45 appointments, 3:00 appointments all come and go with me sat there.
I have been a patient of Dr Jagust for the past 6 months, and I am so happy I found him. He is extremely thorough and doesn’t just prescribe you another medication. He thoroughly reviews your medical history and takes everything into consideration. He has a wonderful bedside manner and does not rush the appointment. I truly feel heard by the time I leave his office. I highly recommend Dr Jagust and his staff.
