I took my newly purchased vehicle in for a routine oil change on April 12th, 2024 and they put the wrong oil filter on my For Explorer and the filter was the wrong size and it came off the same night. I recently purchased a 2019 Toyota Tundra truck from this dealership. The truck was advertised online with a navigation system. Once I got home and started to set-up the preferences for my needs, I realized the truck didn't have a navigation system as advertised. I would give zero stars if I could. My car started messing up literally a week after my warranty. My car needs a transmission. It's truly sad that you put your faith in someone to give you a safe car for you and your child and they sell you a **** car and will do nothing about it. I went to Mark Jacobson Toyota to have my oil changed. They also rotated tires at no charge. They said my cabin air filter was dirty. I had just changed it a month before. So I know it didn't need changing. So I refused. After a hour they were done with the oil change. After getting my bill which was $99. They said they did a 40000 mile service which I didn't ask for. After calling back to find out why my bill was so high for an oil change the service person could not tell me and said that a manager would call. Still no call... read more
