Dr. Jacobson is generally a very caring and proficient surgeon. However, at my appointment today, he made me wait for 90 minutes before I was seen (and spent approximately 8 minutes with me), and had no knowledge of why I was there, even though I had seen him 4x previously to discuss back surgery. He didn't even know if I'd had surgery, even though he is my surgeon! This experience really has me wondering whether I want to move forward with him in the future.

Dr Jacobson and his NP were excellent! Far exceeded my expectations after my fusion. So glad I had the surgery, the nerve pain I was having was debilitating. Excellent surgeon.
