Treated my disabled kid like he wasn’t a person. Came in, directly spoke to me, grabbed my kids leg and just started moving it around not caring that my child was terrified and screaming. For reference- my child is intellectually 5 years old but does not yet walk or talk. Extremely disappointed so far with our 5 year journey at UVA.
