My visit with Mark Lucarelli and his tech Laura Becker was quite pleasant and very informative. Both were very professional and answered questions I had. It. was a great experience!
They do all the right things. I love Beth in Dr Lucarelli’s office. She remembers me from one appointment to the next..
Dr. Lucarelli is a magician and I think has corrected a botched DCR surgery. He also listens and took my informed opinion and help correct some of my earlier problems. I was a reluctant patient, doing the same surgery again, I was hoping for a better option. Mark suggested I speak with my ENT, another UW treasurer, and the two of them convinced me that the surgery was the best option. I trusted Mark and went ahead with the surgery and it turned out great.
