Did not see Dr. Heitbrink very long. He changed my blood pressure medicine from what worked to a different product that did not work. He originally stated that the meds I was on did not last long and what he put me on lasted longer. It was just the opposite.
Dr. Heitbrink is the best. I’ve been his patient for more than 10 years. He’s always listened to me. He takes all precautions when diagnosing. He’s very thorough. I wouldn’t do anything regarding my health without consulting him. I’d would definitely recommend him to my family and I have.
Life saver for my husband. He initially picked up on a very small dot on a chest X-ray that turned out to be lung cancer. Truly caring. Asks about him every time I am in his office. Makes calls after hours to give report news and check up on patient. Unheard of these days.
I don't think he cared about taking care of me during my last visit. What's really puzzling is that it was early in the morning and there were hardly any patients. Also, the office workers took forever to assist me.
several times he has misdiagnosed medical issues with myself. Has been non caring and slough me off with concerns I have approached him with.
Mark Heitbrink is the best, most thorough doctors I have ever visited. He takes the time to listen to the patient and has a great educated thought process. He takes the time to call his patients personally with their results. I don't know of many doctors that care the way he does. I feel extremely lucky to have a doctor so knowledgeable that cares!
I have been going to Dr Heitbrink for many years. He is excellent!! He listens to problems, take time with me (the patient) and has an excellent bed side manner. I would not go to any other Dr.
