Worst experience ever.. My best friend was told to use him as a custody evaluator for a relocation. Well he never listened to her and only listened to the father (who was paying for the services) The father has an awful psychological and also could not control the children in the office, however, he said custody should stay as is. One child has special education needs and she wanted to get him into better schools in NY with family support and he told her there wasn't any proof the schools in NY were better then Vegas???
