I went to see Dr. Boerner at Idaho Eyelid and Facial Plastic Surgery after I had my cataracts removed. Since I was able to see without glasses, my lower lid bags became more apparent. My dermatologist at Ada West Dermatology in Meridian had referred him almost three years ago. I have been a patient of Dr. Boerner's for 10 years, and he has performed several procedures on my eyelids (removal of cyst, reconstruction, lifting of drooping lower eyelid). I am completely satisfied with his exceptional work. He and his staff are tremendously professional, competent, friendly and always put a patient at ease. In January 2019, I had a a combination surgery at Idaho Eyelid and Facial Plastic Surgery. Dr. Boerner recommended a trilogy of laser resurfacing, face/neck lift, and lower lid blepharoplasty with a fat transfer. The result after the healing process was just amazing. The results were wonderful for eye lid surgery. It looks terrific, but best of all my field of vision improved my balance. Dr. Boerner and his entire team were very professional and caring. Would absolutely recommend them. 5 stars!
Dr. Boerner solved my excessive tearing problem with one visit. In my book he is a magician. Besides the great medical care he is extra personable as is his entire office staff. I would rate my visit as the most pleasurable and successful I have experienced for a very long time. I'd give him and his staff 10 stars if possible! P.S. I also enjoyed the country music playing on the office system!
Honestly Dr. and staff have been wonderful. It was scary for me to do surgery on my face. However, once Dr. explained the process and also allowed me to share my concerns I was at ease, and the results are amazing.
The entire staff was pleasant and ensured that I understood up front all costs, what to expect for recovery and the results from the eyelid lift are amazing. I will definitely recommend Dr. Boerner.
Dr. Boerner did a wonderful job with my blepharoplasty. The procedure turned out exactly as expected and I feel great about the results. My office visits were punctual and well suited for my busy lifestyle. The facilities were clean and comfortable. I would use his services again.
It is very obvious that Dr. Boerner loves what he does for a living. He spends the time to get the perfect treatment plan and answer any and all questions or concerns I have. I think this is because he genuinely takes pride in the healing he is able to provide. His staff are equally welcoming, attentive and warm. It's rare to find a doc's office like this.
