I've been coming here about 20 years. I realize there is a "negative connotation" about the dentist's office, but I have always had great experiences. A friendly, knowledgeable staff with long tenures, and they always give me tips on taking better care of my teeth.
I've been going to Dr. Mark's office for a while now, and I honestly can't say enough good things about this place. It's a small practice, which I really appreciate—it feels personal, not like you're just another patient on the schedule. Dr. Mark is knowledgeable, gentle, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. Dr. Barnes, Nina, Justine, and Donna are all fantastic! They are wonderful professionals who truly care about your dental health. I have been seeing them for many years and am very happy with their services.
Dr. Barnes himself is amazing, huge fan. Both his receptionist and Nina as well, I believe her name is; they’re all wonderful. Very helpful, super flexible, all great with my daughter except for one hygienist there named Donna. Unfortunately I am not a fan, hence the 4/5 stars. She’s rude, not good with children and has made it a point to make condescending comments to me during both of my child’s teeth cleanings. Nobody ever answers the phone and I called at least 5 times on different days. Left voicemails and not one response! Terrible customer service.
