Dr. Barnes himself is amazing, huge fan. Both his receptionist and Nina as well, I believe her name is; they’re all wonderful. Very helpful, super flexible, all great with my daughter except for one hygienist there named Donna. Unfortunately I am not a fan, hence the 4/5 stars. She’s rude, not good with children and has made it a point to make condescending comments to me during both of my child’s teeth cleanings. Nobody ever answers the phone and I called at least 5 times on different days. Left voicemails and not one response! Terrible customer service.
I have been going to him for years and I have always gotten top notch service and advice about how to take care of my teeth, gums, etc. The staff is always very welcoming and fun to have around!
Wish I could give them 0 stars. I drove over an HOUR to this place, because only 2 dentists were covered by my insurance. I triple checked I was covered before I made the drive. After I got the service done, the receptionist told me she couldn’t find my in my own insurance circle. So I left and called my insurance company and they said yes this dentist is covered for you. Now when I call to dispute this massive bill to the dentist office, she called me a liar and dishonest. I said she is incapable of connecting my insurance!... read more
