Mark IV blatantly does not care about following CA laws and regulations. Their head of maintenance, Joshua Milne, admitted such when I did not receive photos of my unit before and after tenancy within the deadline required by the state of CA. Beware of renting from them. Landlords and property management companies are required to follow all laws and regulations set forth by the state of CA. Know your rights so when they attempt to keep your entire deposit, you won’t feel intimidated by them.
I’m an older woman and needed to sit while filling out a form. One of MarkVI employees asked me to leave or she would call the police, because I gave MarkVI a bad review. Shame on you, Stephanie
Horrible mangment. She ignored my questions and even admitted it to my wife.They are currently our HOA. DO NOT USE THEM.
I can't express enough how smooth and professional the team of Mark IV managed my property. They knew it was only for a limited time, yet they treated me like I was their most important high value client. Irene, Wendy, Kami and Steph... everyone there worked hard to take care of my tenants. Even the tenants were happy. I may regret self managing since they made it look very easy. Can't recommend them enough...
