My husband and I recently had the pleasure of becoming renters through Mark IV and I cannot say enough good things about working with them. Mark IV blatantly does not care about following CA laws and regulations. Their head of maintenance, Joshua Milne, admitted such when I did not receive photos of my unit before and after tenancy within the deadline required by the state of CA. Beware of renting from them. Landlords and property management companies are required to follow all laws and regulations set forth by the state of CA. Know your rights so when they attempt to keep your entire deposit, you won’t feel intimidated by them.
