If I could give Irwin Build 6 stars, I would. They were helpful and patient throughout the design process, they helped us navigate our insurance claim, and they completed our project early and on budget. We received daily reports of the work that was completed, along with pictures, and the communication all around was so helpful. To top it all off, their craftsmanship was top-notch. As an artist and photographer, my whole house renovation and studio addition called for very particular specifications and Irwin Build was able to deliver. I particularly was impressed with their attention to detailing and their consistent follow up as the project evolved. Thanks to Sean, Ryan, Carly and Ozzie along with the rest of the crew for a job well done.

Great experience with Irwin Build in our extensive home renovation last year. From demolition through finished painting Sean and his team did an expert job, and equally importantly could be counted on to show up reliably when they were supposed to. It's an old house so had many (unhappy) surprises for us as we broke through walls and floors... but Irwin skillfully managed to navigate these challenges to a happy ending. Highly recommended!
Sean Ryan and the whole team did an amazing job in our basement area that had to be rebuilt due to water intrusion in the bathroom. They were on time on cost and did an amazing job cleaning up every day. Coordination was required with several contractors. Paint job was great as well when the finishing touches and everything.
