Great experience with Irwin Build in our extensive home renovation last year. From demolition through finished painting Sean and his team did an expert job, and equally importantly could be counted on to show up reliably when they were supposed to. It's an old house so had many (unhappy) surprises for us as we broke through walls and floors... but Irwin skillfully managed to navigate these challenges to a happy ending. Highly recommended!
Sean Ryan and the whole team did an amazing job in our basement area that had to be rebuilt due to water intrusion in the bathroom. They were on time on cost and did an amazing job cleaning up every day. Coordination was required with several contractors. Paint job was great as well when the finishing touches and everything. We had a A refrigerator leak for year and we’re unaware of it. Essentially destroying our floor and everything underneath of it. Sean and his team at Irwin build were very involved from start to finish. From the design to the build out working with architects everything came out as planned. A true group of professionals. Sean and his team at Irwin Build were amazing to work with! They took our small 1980s-style kitchen and brought it into the modern day beautifully. Sean truly listened to what we wanted and provided options that let us stick within our budget.
