Very Disapointing – I had a horrible experience with this salon where I bought my Jenny Lee dress this summer, and would urge brides to seriously consider making such an importantnot to mention expensive--purchase at this boutique. Both their custom service and their treatment of my gown were atrocious and inexcusable. Perfect bridal dress experience – I went to this salon originally because they were having a trunk show for Romona Keveza, whose dress I was interested in, after a bad experience at Kleinfeld (rude staff, assembly line like atmosphere...).
