Why my apartment is perfect! In 2013, I was placed in a terrible situation and my husband and I divorced. At 65 and being displaced was so overwhelming. To say the last sentences, leads me to the reason I rate my apartment complex, Mark III, as being an excellent place for me to live. The apartments are older but very well kept. The tenants are middle age to older, no college students, the pool never crowded and gives us the feeling of our "private pool."
