The reviews of 3 and 7 years ago reflect current events in the park. Yes, there are nice people. There are others doing enough illegal activity to prompt security cameras mounted to my trailer. The trailers are run down and old, but management expects the tenant to make the repairs. And hopefully you like critters like raccoons and rats. There are plenty of both which management does nothing about either. That's also up to the tenants to handle in any way they can. Good luck!
Don't move there unless you are literally out of options. Management is awful. The majority of the people who live there are pretty nice, though.
