Dr. Jacobs is an excellent doctor, but after 3 episodes with his administrative staff, I knew I could continue going to this office. When you have a patient standing in front of you to make appointments, you do not continue with your personal telephone call and let the patient wait. After 5 big l o n g minutes of listening to such small chit chat I walked out and said I would call. Not enough characters to write about other two episodes.
He takes time with you and answers all questions. He works well with family members.
