This was an incredibly frustrating experience. I had an appointment scheduled for 3:15 pm, but by 4:15 pm, I still hadn’t seen the doctor. The lack of respect for scheduled times and other people’s time is astounding. How does this clinic expect to keep patients if they can’t manage their appointments? A clinic that shows no respect for its patients will not last! I’m extremely disappointed.
September 12, 2024 at 4:30 PM. I had an appointment with Dr. Charles, not only he called me two hours later. He also hang up on me.. I called their office again September 13 on a Friday and I was able to talk to him in the afternoon. He prescribed ibuprofen and muscle relaxers for my arm but forgot to send it out to the pharmacy. Now it’s September 16, 2024 Monday, I have called his office probably four times already because he still has not sent out my prescription. Worst doctor and medical office of all time.
