I have been going to Dr. Rausch Family Dental since they took over Bank Street Dental. If you combine the two, I’ve been coming here for almost thirty years! I love the staff, they are friendly and extremely nice. My hygienist, Shelly, is the best! Dr. Rausch is very nice, professional and treats you like she really cares - you are not just a patient to her. Finally, I have to mention Melissa. She is so friendly and nice that you can’t help but smile. These people make coming to the dentist easier and why I return!
Dr Rausch and staff are so very caring and knowledgeable for all your dental needs. You truly feel like family when you are a part of this practice. Have been a patient for many many years even though I live in Meriden the travel to Waterbury is worth it. Just love this practice so very much. You are in the best of care and great dentists and dental staff are hard to come by theses days 🦷🪥
Always a wonderful experience at Dr. Rausch‘s office. Shelly has been my hygienist since I was a child. Office is well kept, staff is always pleasant and respectful.
