Nate was extremely polite, hard working and knowledgeable. He repaired a Freon leak and installed 9 pounds afterwards. Everything is working perfectly!

We appreciate the quick repair response especially on Friday July 3rd. We were shocked to wake up to our air not working as the unit is less than two years old. Nate did a good job cleaning all the sediment out of the water line pipe. That's all it was. We highly recommend doing business with Mark Hill. We had a room that didn't cool with our original unit when we built our home.
