All of the team at Mark Henderson’s Carpets were fantastic to work with, from help in the showroom (Mark and Virginia), onsite measuring (Andy), installation scheduling (Aeron) and installation (Jason and colleague). They helped to select the right type of carpet for our needs and provided expert guidance with colour selection. They showed patience with delayed installation from our side. Installation was flawless. A very transparent and stress-free process from start to finish and all were a pleasure to deal with.
