I drove an hour and a half, seventy one miles to have an initial consultation for left knee stiffness with Dr. Hasenauer. He was recommended to me because he is known for his expertise with all knee issues, and his skills with robotic surgery. “Dr.Mark Henauer” he is an excellent specialist. I suffer of knee pain I was so frustrated and stressed because I get the point I can’t walked . When i was at the Dr.Mark office and examined my knee and explained in detail what the problem was and gave me the solution l was so happy. I wanted to say Dr. Mark Henauer Thank for be a professional and be patience and put yourself and the situation the your patient, I recommend Dr. Mark to anyone , Spanish or any race color because he will taking care of you like did to me.
Staff was very professional and friendly. The doctor was great. He answered all my questions. He didn’t seem rushed and he was on time.!!
Each member of the staff I met was professional and cordial. The PA not only conducted the initial exam but was very informative. Dr Hasenauer conducted his own exam doing other tests the PA had not done. He explained my condition in detail, including his analysis of the x-rays.
