Dr Mark Hamming and Dr David Hamming were my surgeons back in the day. When I was 27 yo, I had 3 breaks in my ankle They repaired it with a temporary 5 screw plate on exterior side and installed a pin and a screw on the interior side. Casted for about 8 weeks. 9 months later the hardware was removed. It was better than new. I am now 60 yo and I still have absolutely no pain or issues with my ankle. Thank you for your exquisite care and skill.
I honestly don't know who "the" best bone & joint Dr. is, But Mark Hamming IS GREAT! I've only seen him twice [after my GP said that I may kneed a hip replacement] but I cannot say a bad word about him or his team or even the people behind the desk. Every time I saw Mark he was patient and he listed to every word and question that I had, giving a polite and meaningful answer. Don't believe the complainers? Dr. Mark Hamming absolutely saved my shoulder. All that without invasive surgery, thanks to his diagnostic expertise. He is easy to talk to, listens attentively and explains everything in detail. I would trust no one else.
30 minute wait in waiting room and I was early for the appt, escorted into a room only to be told that the Dr Hamming would see me in 30 minutes, that is a 2 hour delay, I left, found another ortho MD right away that had us in and out, did an X-ray and spent time with us, 45 min.
