Mark is a good health care provider because he is honest, upfront and direct with you. He listens, is attentive and is personable. He is also prompt in addressing questions and handles prior authorizations swiftly. His practice's billing of my insurance has been a breeze; his practice's electronic health record system/patient portal is easy to use as well.
