Been waiting now for 5 weeks for a quote to have some work done, have called them every week, even calling in to be told by Mark “yes will do it now and call you “ . NOTHING !!!!! Spoke again to them yesterday to be assured they will get back to me THAT SAME DAY !!! Still nothing !! I am now up for extra repairs due to them not getting back to me… very disappointing as have always been a satisfied costumer
