In my opinion Dr Evans is an excellent dr
Dr Evans was very thorough regarding my health. He reviewed my chart to make sure I had received needed vaccines and discussed results of bloodwork completed.
Was happy with the treatment received.
From the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor all very concerned, thorough and professional. Again keep them - need more like them in today's Healthcare Environment.

I explained to him that I had went to a another extreme care pricility and they prescribed me medication that I was allergic to. And he gave me an antibiotic and it is working very well
