Customer service is not good, almost non-existent. I will post a review later this month afterr they place the head stone. Hopefully I can update this and give a better review. Brian takes weeks to get back to me. Dave tries, but it is difficult to get specific information from him. I hoped they would "hold my hand" and guide me through the process of creating and placing the headstone, but it feels as though I am having to call, push and remind them of everything on this job for my parents' headstone.
