Coming back to UF Health Shands is the medical decision I've made to date.
Dr. Bandyk is one of the kindest doctors I've ever met. He has kept me well educated and informed from the beginning.
Dr. Bandyk was thorough and gave great explanations. What I liked most is that I never felt pushed into any decision of care or medicine that I was not comfortable with. Dr. Bandyk offered an ultrasound of my kidneys, which I didn't feel like I needed yet. He was quick to say that it was totally up to me and explained the benefits and assured me that we could pursue that path when I feel like it is needed.

I feel fortunate to be a patient of Dr Bolger. I feel that my concerns about my health are his concerns as well. He doesn't just treat the medical issue, he asks how I am doing, how do I feel and he listens to me. I am quite comfortable and confident with the care I receive.
Provider ensured I understood what he was saying which included him drawing pictures.

Notwithstanding the delays in being seen, the care I have gotten from UF Health has always been professional and usually take my concerns into account.
