I definitely do not recommend Mark Goyner roofing. If you have an issue he'll most certainly ignore you after the job is done. I have hired Mark for three roofs. The final one costing me 18k. All three had 10 year warranties allegedly. I had problems from the very beginning with the last roof leaking through the soffit above my back door and also some of my shingles seeming to sag out of line and become loose near the ridgeline.
