I left my appointment with Dr. Gilligan feeling more frustrated than helped. I came in with real pain and real concerns, hoping for answers or at least a sense that someone was listening. Instead, the visit felt rushed, and any time I tried asking questions to understand my condition better, it seemed to irritate him. DR. GILLIGAN AT LAHEY IN PEABODY IS THE BEST DR. I'VE EVER HAD TO SEE. I FRACTURED MY ANKLE & IT WAS HURTING HE WAS SO NICE AND GENTLE. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME AND MADE SURE I UNDERSTOOD MY INJURY. HE WAS GREAT!
