DR MARK GANZ WORST DOCTOR EVER ! VERY DISMISSIVE! HE WILL GASLIGHT YOU INTO THINKING UR SYMPTOMS ARE NOT THERE OR DOWNPLAY THEM. HE DID NOT LISTEN TO MY NEEDS WAS QUICK TO BRUSH ME OFF. THANK GOD I GOT TREATED ELSEWHERE. (It was urgent). He simply doesn't care and clearly hates his job.

He performed my 2 catarac eye surgery and I found out while in mid stride I was claustrophobic and started to panic. With his experience he calmed me down and continued with the procedure. I was already "freaking out" from all the horror stories I heard from people who underwent the same surgery but Dr. Gans made sure I didn't feel a thing while I was awake during the operation, and he was teaching a class of McGill students while operating on me. If you’re scheduled with Dr.Ganz, RUN. He really needs to work on his communication and listening skills. He neglects to listen and frequently interrupt his patients, on top of that, provides incorrect diagnoses. This clinic is all about making profit. They schedule many patients at the same time, causing long waits and forcing doctors to rush the consultations.
