We have been waiting for 2 weeks for someone to call us just so we can set up my son’s appointment. I have called 4 times to politely let them know I still have not heard from anyone. Only one of the four people I have spoke with was somewhat friendly. All others gave the impression that I was bothering them and was the least of their priorities.
