Always a Pleasant Experience I'm always greeted warmly and friendly by the administrative staff, and Miguel never keeps me waiting. He's terrific - thorough and efficient. I love the in-house insurance plan and the reasonable rates it provides for both me and my husband. I think Dr. Mark Herman is terrific and very caring. I've confidently recommended quite a few friends to his practice.
