Mark explained in detail the muscles I needed to strengthen, their function and the goal. He made sure I understood the exercises and the proper way to do them. He worked with me until I 'got' it! He explained dry needling; purpose, importance of hydration and how I could expect to feel. At the beginning of each appointment, Mark asked detailed questions to help him tailor that appointment.
