This is the second time in a year that I have waited an hour or more to see Dr. Emge at Midwest Eyecare in Council Bluffs. I schedule appointments there because it's close to my house. I have never had a problem with the offices in Omaha and am considering future scheduling at the Midtown location. Although I am satisfied with Dr Emge, the Council Bluffs office has been a problem. It is not what I have come to expect from Midwest Eyecare.
