Dr. Emig and his staff were great

This is the second time in a year that I have waited an hour or more to see Dr. Emge at Midwest Eyecare in Council Bluffs. I schedule appointments there because it's close to my house. I have never had a problem with the offices in Omaha and am considering future scheduling at the Midtown location. Although I am satisfied with Dr Emge, the Council Bluffs office has been a problem. It is not what I have come to expect from Midwest Eyecare.
The staff was courteous, the wait was a little long, but Dr Imeg checked me out quickly and assured me my eyesight was doing very well. “Come back in a year” -that was good to hear. Great doctor.
It's always a hopeful and positive experience. Dr Emig has that bedside manner of calm and ease, and every member of his staff contribute to the visit.
