I waited 18 months for an appointment with Dr. Lavallee, hoping that after years of struggling to be heard and understood by the medical system, I would finally have someone knowledgeable about Ehlers-Danlos syndrome in my corner. I wish i could give 0 Stars. This man is absolutely awful. My husband left a review a few months ago, and the medical system commented about wanting me to call and talk to them. i did and i never heard back from them except to collect money. I wait a year and half for this appointment. I drove 2 hours one way because he was listed on the EDS website. New- 7/6/2026 I just wanted to update my review after working with Dr. Lavallee for over a year and a half. I am still blown away with how helpful this man continues to be in my life and healing journey. This past February and March, Dr. Lavallee, successfully performed carpal tunnel surgery on both of my wrists. Apparently, I’ve had Carpal tunnel way longer than assumed! After waiting 18 months for my appointment, I can honestly say that seeing Dr. Mark Lavallee was worth the wait. For years I have struggled with complex symptoms that affected nearly every aspect of my life. I saw Dr. Lavallee today for suspected hEDS and other concerns! I don't often leave reviews, but I just have to give him and his practice 5 stars. The lady at the desk and the nurse were so kind, and Dr. Lavallee is awesome and kind! I felt comfortable during the appointment and he listened to my concerns - I felt very seen. He is very motivational; I walked out of the office with a new diagnosis and treatment plan, feeling determined and hopeful about the future!
