Monovision LASIK correction procedure performed on the wrong (non-dominant) eye.
I had LASIK eye surgery with Dr. Whitten a couple of months ago and everything about the process massively exceeded my expectations. My eye glasses rx was -650 before the surgery, which is horrible vision. Like, can’t see several inches in front of my face bad vision. Dr. Whitten is the best, in fact we are moving to another state soon and I decided to move forward with my cataract surgery so that Dr. Whitten could do it while I am still in the area! I wouldn't trust anyone else!

I was shamed and embarrassed by the staff at Whitten Laser Eye Surgery today, October 10, 2022. So I sent the following letter: "Dear Dr. Whitten, I need to get clear on your policy regarding handicap accessibility, please. Because of numerous knee surgeries, I have to sit with the option of propping my leg up. Today I used one of your small tables and took my shoes off to avoid dirtying the furniture. Thank you, Dr. Whitten, and team! I have dreamed of correcting my vision my whole life. When I finally had the opportunity (vision had stabilized and life circumstances had aligned), I chose Dr. Whitten on referral of a trusted family friend and doctor. I am so happy I did. Whitten’s team was able to schedule my initial consult quickly, and they remembered my name, face, and story for every visit thereafter. Everyone was respectful, professional, comfortable, and, most importantly, effective. I love my new vision!
This was a great experience. I went to another office prior to Dr Whitten and there was no comparison as I made the right decision selecting Dr Whitten. My eyes were in great hands and I never worried. I'm 3 days after my surgery and I never though I would see this great without glasses. Thank you to all the staff and Dr Whitten!
I had LASIK with Dr. Whitten. He and his staff were wonderful. The most helpful thing during the procedure itself was definitely getting a narration of what he was going to do just before he did it. My eyesight now is great! I can see people! I can drive without glasses!
