I took my husband to the Fairfax ER because he had is on blood thinner and had a hematoma in his leg, which was very painful. Aside from diagnosing the hematoma and relieving the pain, we needed advice on how to adjust the dosage of blood thinner my husband takes. Dr. Franke spent about 3 minutes with us and was horribly rude, talking right over me when I tried to offer additional information about my husband. Would never recommend him.
