Dr. Mark Benson is the best and brightest doctor in gastroenterology. His calm and pleasant personality makes you comfortable in procedures and office visits. He gives his diagnosis up front and cares about you as an individual not just as a patient. Outstanding care is why he gets a 10 out of 5 stars.
The entire process, the entire prep staff and nurses plus the great Dr. Benson all went superbly. Well organized, everything in order, done on time as per schedule, and well taken care of by the entire staff. Dr. Benson went out of his way to make sure I understood What when where why and how. Very smooth experience.
Highly recommended. Incredible bedside manner. Thorough. Timely.
