I shattered the fifth metacarpal in my hand in a weightlifting accident. Dr. Baratz performed my surgery. The staff was super helpful and made me feel comfortable prior to my procedure. Dr Baratz put my hand back together and I regained full use of it. I couldn't be more happy with how everything went. He deserves the credit for the hard work, dedication, and attention to detail. Thank you again Dr. Baratz. I appreciate you.
Dr Baratz, Is a caring and exceptional Dr. He took time for me, and immediately, ordered xrays of my hand, he examined them and diagnosed the problem right way. He is an excellent Orthopedic Specialist, his P.A. as well, along with the staff, were very courteous and professional. I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Baratz was great went in to get Carpal Tunnel repaired. Did the procedure with local anesthetic. Talked me through the whole procedure. He was very personable and professional through the whole process. Staff was very friendly and courteous.
The assistant staff are pretty nice. Dr. Barratz is like a discount "Wizard of Oz". You can never reach him. His staff answers his emails and he never gets with you on the patient portal. He doesn't seem to be very knowledgeable or he just lacks empathy and refuses to share it. I think he does lack empathy because after my failed surgery he had no answers other than to look like he's trying to cosplay NASA astronaut Chris Hadfield or Dale Earnhardt.
