This place is a complete joke. The trucks never run the same time and some days they never even run!

Katlyn Miller we are sorry that we did not pick up your container at your usual time. We were behing a bit yesterday, but collection time can vary due to weather, equipment malfunctions, etc. If you have still not been picked up, please let me know and I will check with the manager. Please let me know as soon as possible.
Billed me for two months dumpster service and never even once emptied it. Drivers said my gate was locked. (Lie) gate hasn’t been closed in over 10 years!! Said tree was in the way. (Lie). Last dumpster service as well as current has no problems. Amber in MDI office promised a refund. (Lie #3) Trashed my entire parking lot when they finally picked up their dumpster! Very unprofessional and unethical!! Would not recommend to anyone at any price.
this company is a joke!!! we are new customers well they never picked up my trash tuesday it's going on thursday and sitting out there. I have been trying to call them for days now with just the run around cant get answers from anyone and no one calls me back like they say they will. I was finally told that they would send a truck the next day to pick up my trash since it's full a d in the meantime figure out the problem. guess what they never came the next day to get my trash....I'm so mad and this place is just horrible
RecommendedOur trash can was filled with water today so as I ran outside to grab it the worker noticed I was struggling and ran over to assist me. After a couple minutes he was finally able to get it tipped over to drain and took the trash. He did it all with a smile. Thank you! The small things really go a long way! We are in the dale county Level Plains area.
Very poor business decision by Mark Dunning Industries to try and locate a garbage transfer facility in Kinsey AL near Botanical Gardens & Gardens of Memory. The Kinsey Sr Center is located on this site currently & this area is mixed residential & businesses & heavily traveled. There’s a very large cemetery here & Dothan’s Botanical Garden’s & this is also located very near Landmark Park & The Headland City Limits. My trash can is still currently sitting at the road as my trash was not picked up Tuesday. I have called and left two messages and have not been contacted yet in regards to this issue. I normally wouldn’t leave a bad review but this is the fourth time that this has happened in roughly a years time. The first two times I had to wait until the next week for them to come on the regular day!
Drivers need to learn how to drive. Employees have no respect...
