My doctor put in the script on Oct. 16th. I phoned to see where it might be at an was told won't be ready until next week Wed the 28th then they will mail it. This will make it almost 3 weeks without a prescription. Since we have used them they have been very slow on returns. We are looking elsewhere to see if some other location can provide my script. 3 weeks is not acceptable when your taking a medication thats needs to be taken daily.
RecommendedEfficient phone staff for prescription renewal and, in my case, next day delivery of medication. I cannot recommend this pharmacy too highly.
super disappointed. I am a nursing student going on a global health trip to Africa and heard that they donate medical supplies and such to these types of trips. Went there today introduced myself and in so many words was told that since there was no incentive for them, that they won’t donate anything. The owner wouldn’t even look up from the stapler and was completely not genuine with what he was saying.
Happy Cheerful group... no need to go online or to unknown sources for my scripts that just went generic... saved 90% off of the Walgreen's generic price, and did not even need to use insurance!!! Also a go to source for other durable Med Equipment for home use... compression stockings, wheelchairs and walkers. 2 locations in greater Chicago area, and for a small fee they will ship to you!

Prescription sent here from Wheaton eye clinic. They were supposed to call & tell us if it as covered by insurance. never got a call. drove 40 MILES to pick it up today, turns out they didn't feel like having it ready. They grave my hubby a half - assed "oh, sorry" and now I have to wait for them to mail it. meanwhile I'm in massive pain. why is this place still in business?
